Y3 series low voltage high power three phase asynchronous motors(H355~560mm)

General Introductions:

Y3 series(H355~560) squirrel-cage low-voltage high power three-phase asynchronous motors are made by our company absorbed from the merits of both domestic and foreign similar motors and using new materials and new processed. This series has the characteristics of artistically designed appearance, high performance indexes, high reliability, small size, low weight, slight vibration, low noise, high energy efficiency etc.

The performance, mounting dimensions, and output ratings of this series are in accordance with IEC72, GB755, JB/T10444, and other related professional and technical standards.

The protection class of this series' enclosure is IP54 or IP55. The motor's insulation grade is F, adopted vacuum pressure impregnation(VPI), which can effectively reduce the temperature rise and slow down insulation aging.

The standard cooling method for this series is IC411, and the mounting type is IMB3 and IMB35 in general.

 The series needs 50HZ(or 60HZ as required) three-phase power supply that should provide the voltage of 380 or 660V. Its voltage class also can be customized according to user's needs.

 Motors in this series can be used to drive various general machinery such as compressors, water pumps, crushers, stock-removing machines, transportation machinery, and so on, and used as prime movers in various enterprises in the fields of mining, machinery, petroleum, chemical engineering, power statio, and so on.

Models for special environments such as outdoor environment(W), humid tropics(TH), and outdoor environment in humid tropics(WTH), and anti-corrosion models(F1, F2, WF1, and WF2) can be derived from this series, and their performance indexes, mounting and outline dimensions are same as that of the basic series.
 
Structure Declaration:

Parallel vertical radiation ribs are adopted in frame design, and the ventilating structure contains two separate cooling wind paths. Air external to the motor would be driven by an external fan to blow over the radiation ribs. Meanwhile, there are four ventilating ducts within the frame, and the inner wind path is formed by an internal fan and axiel vents on rotor sheets. In this way, the heat dissipation efficiency is improved effectively. The external fan of 2-pole motors is an one-way tube-axiel fan, whose direction of rotation is fixed, while motors with 4~8poles are provided with a two-way radial centrifugal fan, whose direction of rotation can be arbitrarily selected.

Squirrel-cage copper-bar structure or cast aluminum structure is adopted in rotor design, and the vibration is very low after high-precision dynamic balance and motor running balance tests.

The primary terminal box is mounted at the top of the frame, can be required on left or right. It also can be mounting at a 45-degree angle according to users' needs.
